Spring League!

Registration live as of February 17th!! [See introductory clinic details at the bottom]

Season - April-May 2020!

Join fellow lacrosse players to compete in the fastest sport on two-feet!  The eight-week Renegade Spring LAX League will review fundamental skills and train defensive and offensive schemes. We will become Tough, Tenacious, and Thirsty lacrosse players!

Spring League will combine weekly, weekday team practices with weekend games.  The weekend games will be small-sided (5v5, 6v6, 7v7, 8v8) games refereed with scores kept.  We see the tremendous benefits of playing small-sided and believe it maximizes development for youth players by reducing size of field and increasing player touches on the ball.  One to two of the weekends for the older teams will be full-field lacrosse games to allow girls practice with some of the larger field concepts and preparation for club and high school level play.

Training includes:

  • 90-minute weekday practice (8 weeks) - weeks of April 6-May 25 [possibly moving start to week of March 20

  • Weekend small-sided games (6 weekends) - Saturdays OR Sundays, April 25-May 31

  • Games will take place at South County location TBD tentatively in mid-late afternoon.

Players will compete in small-sided (6v6, 7v7, 8v8) games depending on their experience and grade levels:

~Grades 2-4 teams

~Grades 5-6 teams

~Grades 7-8 teams (grade 9 players OK if not currently competing on their HS team)

Coaches include local high school coaches and high school players...the same players that stood in your shoes five or seven years ago!
